PRIVACY POLICY
The HISOCIAL platform is an online application which enables third party companies to publish promotions of various types on different websites.
To participate in the promotions offered by these third party companies on the HISOCIAL platform, the user must NOT make any form of payment or monetary contribution.
Any third party companies interested in using the HISOCIAL platform can sign up to it through the Hisocial.com website.
The terms provided below will have the following meaning in this Privacy policy:
- “HISOCIAL”: Refers to both the HISOCIAL platform and the website Hisocial.com.
- “Promoters”: Refers to the third party companies that use HISOCIAL platform to offer their promotions.
- “Visitors” or “Users”: Refers to the people who visit the Hisocial.com website or who participate in the promotions which are offered through the HISOCIAL platform.

1. Incorporation of users' personal data in the promoter's files
When the users use HISOCIAL, their personal details are incorporated for treatment within the files of the promoter offering the corresponding promotion. This promoter's privacy policy is not regulated in this document, as it may vary in each case and does not depend on CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. The user must read the privacy policy provided by the promoter in each promotion carefully.
CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. does not supervise or have any control over the privacy policy published by each promoter, and therefore takes no responsibility for any use which they may make of users' personal data.
2. Incorporation of users' and promoters' personal data in the files of CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L.
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection (henceforth "LOPD"), the users and promoters of HISOCIAL are informed that their personal data will be incorporated and treated in files which are the property of CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. for the following purposes:
a. Obtaining basic necessary information for responding to queries that are made to us.
b. Finding out about the visits HISOCIAL receives. CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. uses a statistical program which controls the general data on HISOCIAL visitors at a specific level, such as most visited pages, visitors' country of origin and similar information. The purpose of these statistics is to offer CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. a general overview of HISOCIAL and its evolution, always at a set level, and therefore visits from users and/or promoters specifically are not monitored.
c. Enable CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. to send promoters, including via electronic channels, communications related to their products and/or services. d. Sign up to online payment services. Some of our payment services are provided online through PayPal or similar companies. Details regarding this company are provided on its websites www.paypal.es y www.paypal.com. As specified on these websites, "The FSA registration number for PayPal is 226056. PayPal (Europe) Ltd. is authorised by the FSA to offer electronic money-sending services in Spain under the free provision of services system. The Bank of Spain has been duly informed to this effect." CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. does not have access, in cases where money is received through PayPal or similar companies, to the financial details of users and/or promoters, as these are collected exclusively by those companies.
e. Subscription to blog articles. For this, services from providers other than CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. are used (for example www.feedburner.com, property of Google, please go to this link for their privacy policy http://www.google.com/privacy.html). CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. may send the users of this service, including via electronic channels, communications related to its products and/or services. f. Recording of the user's or promoter's IP, for the purposes of determining the appropriate responsibilities in the event of a violation of the regulations which govern the use of HISOCIAL.
3. Exercising rights
With respect to personal data transferred to Canal IP NETWORK, SL users may exercise their rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition as set forth in the LOPD, by means of written notification to calle Castella, núm. 41-43, local 1, 08018 Barcelona, Spain; or by sending an email to

. In both cases the user in question must provide a copy of their national identity document, passport or other valid identification document.
With respect to personal data transferred to promoter, users may exercise their rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition as set forth in the LOPD, addressing directly to the promoter.
4. Prohibition of registration for minors
Access and use of HISOCIAL is expressly prohibited to minors. We encourage any person who notices any link to third party websites containing material for minors to notify us ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 5. Use of Cookies
CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L., on its own behalf or that of a third party contracted to provide measurement services, may use cookies when the user or promoter is browsing on HISOCIAL. Cookies are files sent to the browser by means of a web server in order to register your activities whilst browsing.
By using cookies it is possible that the server on which HISOCIAL is located may recognise your web browser, for the purposes of making browsing easier, allowing, for example, you access to the areas, services, promotions or competitions reserved exclusively for registered users without having to register on each visit. They are also used to measure the audience and traffic parameters, as well as to control the progress and number of entries.

6. CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. as the entity in charge of the treatment of data collected by promoters
CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. will be solely in charge of the treatment of all personal data collected by the promoters.
CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L., in its capacity as entity in charge of handling the data, agrees to:
(i) Not apply or use personal data accessed for purposes other than the provision of the contracted services, or transfer it, even for storage, to other unauthorised persons.
(ii) Not subcontract the treatment of the data of third parties without express prior consent in writing from the promoter. In this sense, the promoter authorises CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. to subcontract the storage of data collected via HISOCIAL to the hosting company Nexica (COM 2002 S.L., C.I.F.: B-61125712 site nexica.com). In the event we change our hosting provider, the promoter will be informed of this situation via email and no prior authorization will be required.
(iii) Maintain professional secrecy in relation to the data handled, even after its relationship with the promoter has come to an end.
(iv) Adopt all the necessary measures of a technical and organizational nature to guarantee the security of personal data and avoid its unauthorized alteration, loss, treatment or access, by applying the BASIC LEVEL security measures contained in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Implementation decree for Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on personal data protection (henceforth, “LOPD”), or any regulation which may replace it.
In this sense, the promoter is prohibited from storing personal data through HISOCIAL which requires a medium and/or high level of security as established in the LOPD.
(v) Pass on the obligations set forth in this clause to the staff that CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. appoints for providing the contracted services.
(vi) Once the provision of contracted services has come to an end, CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. will provide the promoter with all the personal data to which it may have had access, as well as any device or documents which contain any personal data being treated, excluding any data we must store for periods established in the applicable legal provisions or which may be connected to duties of its relationship with the promoter.
For his part, the promoter agrees to comply with all the obligations established by the data protection regulation applicable to them, undertaking to hold CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L. harmless in the event of any damages, penalty, fine or sanction, including reasonable legal fees, which may be incurred as a result of failure by the promoter to comply with the provisions of this regulation.
7. Authorisation for publication on our list of promoters, current promotions and real cases
Any promoters who set up a promotion through Hisocial expressly authorize Canal IP Network S.L. to:
- Publish their name on the list of promoters who have used Hisocial
- Briefly describe the results obtained
Promoters authorize CANAL IP NETWORK, S.L SL to publish the promotions they have done, either on Canal IP Network s.l. sites and social accounts, and on third party sites.
